When I change the company logo, it doesn't change on every page. Why is that?

I guess this is a situation regarding the IDX Broker wrapper pages. The wrapper pages for IDX Broker have a "cache" which means they need to expire before they refresh, or, need to be manually refreshed in the IDX Broker control panel.
